SHIPPING & RETURNS
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 7-10 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
Please note that orders to US or UK destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Plush XLI Laundry, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any store credit issued.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Plush XLI Laundry does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Out of Stock Items
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
Reserved Rights regarding Shipping
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, Plush XLI Laundry reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Plush XLI Laundry reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Plush XLI Laundry reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of a Plush XLI Laundry store credit. Items can be returned under limited exceptions if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging.
Our return policy lasts 7 days after order is received (excluding weekends or national holidays). Returns are not processed until we receive the returned item at our Returns Facility. Plush XLI Laundry does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
We do not honor exchanges at this time.
If an item does not work out for you, the item can only be returned for store credit to be used towards another order. Plush XLI Laundry does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.
All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Plush XLI Laundry store credit.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Return drop-offs are not accepted.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be a refund in the form of a Plush XLI Laundry store credit minus the original shipping charge.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. Non-Plush XLI Laundry items sent to our Returns Facility will be discarded upon receipt.
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Online Request Form. Please report these items within 7 days of order delivery (excluding weekends & national holidays). Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
Helpful Hint: Plush XLI Laundry is not responsible for returns until they reach our returns center in Humble, TX. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Plush XLI Laundry will not issue store credit for your returns.
